Shipping & Delivery
All products are handmade once ordered. Every order is produced and shipped from trusted shipping services such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Please make sure the correct address is entered when placing an order.
Orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after ordering nor once shipped/the tracking number has been sent.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, product printing/creation, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for creation within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes/makes the orders, which takes an average of 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Label Creation: A shipping label being created means the item has shipped. For some items, we use multiple shipping partners so the first half of transit will not show and the tracking will not update until it reaches the USPS and is about to be delivered.
- Domestic Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to reach their destination in the United States once processing has been completed and the shipping label has been created. Standard shipping estimates for domestic orders are 4-8 'business days' after the 2-5 'business days' for processing/making the order. Meaning from ordering to receiving your order can take from 15-18 days but most people get theirs a lot quicker than that.
- International Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to reach their destination outside of the United States or Internationally. International shipping times for orders average 10-25 business days although sometimes they may take a little bit longer due to customs clearance in the destination country.
- Customs Duties And Taxes: Shipments outside of the United States may encounter customs duty fees. We do not cover VAT/customs fees so please be aware of the customs requirements for your country before ordering.
- Delays: Delays are possible with the postal services for any order, we cannot expedite the shipping speed if it is experiencing delays nor can we cancel an order if it is beyond the 24-hour window immediately after ordering. We do not refund for delayed orders unless an order has been lost by the postal service. Delays are especially possible during the holiday shopping season. Orders placed too close to holidays might not arrive in time so order early to avoid these risks. Delays are also possible for international orders due to customs clearance.
